SECOND HOME MOVE-IN SUPPORT
Move-in support services are designed to make the transition to a new home as smooth and stress-free as possible. We can arrange and manage your move/deliveries/cleaning; coordinate purchase of appliances, furniture, and personal items; explain how to use home appliances and label them in English, etc.
INTERIOR DESIGN / PURCHASING ASSISTANCE
Want a second set of eyes to review renovation plans? Need help decorating your new home? We provide renovation advice, assistance with interior decorating, furniture placement (including unpacking of belongings), utility & tech setup, and more. We also handle grocery stocking and can create a welcome package filled with information on the area directly surrounding your home.
SECOND HOME MANAGEMENT
We maintain and manage properties that are not primary residences. Services include property maintenance, cleaning services (before and after visits, while absent), restocking of household supplies, coordinating/overseeing maintenance work, handling utility-related issues, acceptance of mail/deliveries… These services ensure that the home remains in good condition and ready for use whenever the owner arrives.
HOME ORGANIZATION & STAGING (for Sellers)
Services aimed to make a property more appealing to buyers. We can help create a clean, orderly, and functional space through decluttering, room arrangement, cleaning, etc. As few home owners in Japan realize the importance of staging, your property will stand out – even among similar homes.
LIVING SUPPORT ASSISTANCE
Are you new to Kyoto and/or Japan? We can provide explanations of local culture including neighborhood expectations, rules of garbage separation, etc. We can also create and take you on a comprehensive tour of the area around your new home.
